How long will my order take to ship?

We strive to process your order as quickly as we possibly can. Considering all products are made to order, we take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products. 97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Please note that this may change because of time of year (Holidays, Sales Promotions, etc.).

How will my order be shipped?

Once processed, orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx or USPS. Standard Ground (unless an expedited service is chosen) is delivered within 7 business days to most locations.

Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on all products within 30 days of product being delivered you. Please contact freewmapparel@gmail.com to start a request.

Will my FWM Apparel shirt shrink?

All of our shirts are pre-shrunk and under proper washing care, they will hold true to size.

Can I dry my FWM apparel?

We recommend line drying or laying our products flat to dry. If you wish to use a dryer, use it on low.

Where do you donate the proceeds?

A portion of the proceeds from every sale will be donated to various local and national organizations. We will select different organizations each time based on events happening around us. Please follow us on social media to find out where we are donating next!
